Terms & Privacy — DM Hero and OutboxHero

Advanced PC Repair, LLC ("we," "us," "our") operates DM Hero, an AI-powered customer messaging platform, and OutboxHero, an email outreach and marketing platform. This page covers the Terms and Privacy practices for both products. By using either product, you agree to the terms below.

The Services

DM Hero provides AI-assisted messaging, appointment booking, and customer communication across supported channels (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, website chat, and others we may add). OutboxHero provides email outreach, campaign sequencing, and lead communication tools. Features and availability for either product may change over time.

Your Account

You're responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account for either product, and for keeping your account information accurate.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DM Hero or OutboxHero for spam, harassment, deception, or unlawful activity. You're responsible for complying with each connected platform's own terms (e.g., Meta's policies for Instagram/Messenger), and with applicable email marketing laws (such as CAN-SPAM) when using OutboxHero, including honoring unsubscribe requests promptly.

AI-Generated Responses (DM Hero)

DM Hero uses AI to generate replies based on your configuration. Responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You're responsible for reviewing your bot's setup and monitoring conversations.

Billing

Fees and billing cycles are described at signup for either product. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or otherwise stated.

Information We Collect

Account details you provide (business name, contact info, billing); for DM Hero, customer conversation data from connected channels and calendar/scheduling data if you connect Google Calendar; for OutboxHero, contact lists, email content, and campaign engagement data; and general usage data across both platforms.

Third-Party Processors

Both platforms rely on service providers to function, including AI processing, calendar integrations, messaging platform APIs (e.g., Meta), and email delivery infrastructure. These providers process data only as needed and maintain their own security obligations.

Data Sharing and Retention

We do not sell your data or your customers' data. We share it only with providers necessary to run the service, or as required by law. We retain data while your account is active, or as needed for legal or dispute-resolution purposes.

Your Choices

Request access, correction, or deletion of your account data anytime by emailing sales@apcrdomains.com. Requests regarding your customers' or contacts' data should be directed to you as the account holder.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect data, though no system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

Limitation of Liability

Both products are provided "as is," with no warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advanced PC Repair, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or data.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel anytime per your billing plan.

Changes

We may update these Terms and this Privacy Policy from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the update.
